This policy explains what information KomodoWorks collects through this website, why it is used, who processes it, and the choices available to you.

Kagan Timur operates this website under the KomodoWorks name from Rathmines, Dublin, Ireland and is the data controller for information submitted through it.
Questions, privacy requests, and requests to exercise data-protection rights can be sent to [email protected].
The project review collects three answers so KomodoWorks can understand the type and likely size of the work and respond to your request.
If you apply for an opportunity, KomodoWorks receives the CV, short introduction, contact details, and any other information you choose to include in your email.
Enquiry information is used to review your request, reply to you, prepare a proposal, take steps towards a possible contract, protect the form from abuse, and comply with legal obligations. It is not sold and is not used for unrelated advertising.
Application information is used to assess your suitability for the opportunity, communicate with you about the application, and arrange the collaboration if both sides decide to proceed.
KomodoWorks uses Plausible Analytics to understand overall website use and whether visitors request a project review or successfully submit an enquiry. Plausible does not use cookies or persistent identifiers, and analytics events do not include contact details, questionnaire answers, or other form values.
KomodoWorks does not use advertising pixels or analytics information for behavioural advertising or cross-site tracking.
Information is processed where necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to pursue the legitimate interests of responding to enquiries, protecting the website, and understanding whether the website serves visitors effectively, to perform an agreed contract, or to meet a legal obligation.
KomodoWorks will not send promotional email to people who make an enquiry unless there is a separate lawful basis and a clear way to opt out.
Form submissions are processed by Formspree and security verification is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. These providers may process information, including technical data, in the United States and other countries outside the European Economic Area. Appropriate transfer safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable, are relied on by the providers.
Plausible Analytics processes anonymous website-usage information on KomodoWorks' behalf. Plausible is operated by Plausible Insights OÜ in Estonia, and its website visitor data is processed and stored in the European Union.
Applications are sent by email and are not processed through the project enquiry form or Formspree. Your email provider and the KomodoWorks email service process the message and attachments when you apply.
If you choose to contact KomodoWorks through WhatsApp, WhatsApp and Meta will process your account and message information under their own terms and privacy policies. If a project proceeds and you pay through Stripe, Stripe will process payment and transaction information under its own privacy policy. KomodoWorks does not receive your full card details.
Enquiries that do not become projects are normally deleted within 90 days after the enquiry is closed. Information connected with an active project is kept for the duration of the work and as needed afterwards for contracts, disputes, and legal obligations. Tax and transaction records may be retained for six years where Irish law requires it.
Applications that do not result in a collaboration are normally deleted within 90 days after the application process closes. Information connected with an active collaboration is kept as needed to administer it and meet legal obligations.
Anonymous website analytics are retained according to the active Plausible subscription and account settings. KomodoWorks can delete the site's analytics data from Plausible at any time.
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission. Some rights are limited where information must be retained for legal obligations or legal claims.
This policy will be updated when the website starts using new messaging, payment, analytics, advertising, or data-processing services. The current revision date will remain visible at the top of the page.
